Courier Partners

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number (AWB). You can track your order:

- In your account dashboard (if you have an account)
- Directly on the courier's website using the AWB number
Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will make 2-3 additional attempts. If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
