Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Item is in its original condition
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after 7 days
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@fcstudio.co.in with your order number and reason for return
- Approval: We'll review your request and send return instructions within 24-48 hours
- Pickup: Once approved, we'll arrange a free pickup from your address
- Quality Check: Upon receiving the item, we'll inspect it within 2-3 business days
- Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Wallets: 1-2 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as return + new order. Initiate a return for your item and place a new order for the desired size/color. This ensures faster processing.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a priority replacement or full refund including shipping.
